Aglianico Paestum PGI red wine. Produced with Aglianico (85%) and Sangiovese (15%) grapes. Ruby red color, elegant aroma with hints of ripe red fruits, dry and harmonious taste. Maturation in steel tanks for 4 months, 6 months in barrique and tonneau and 3 months of aging in bottle.
Gradation 14%. Serving temperature 16-18 °. In combination with white and red meats, cheeses and cold cuts of all kinds, fatty fish.
