Red wine Aglianico Cilento DOP. Produced with 100% Aglianico, ruby red color with an elegant aroma, spicy with hints of vanilla and a dry and harmonious taste. Maturation in steel tanks for 4 months, 12 months in barrique and tonneau and 3 months of aging in bottle.
Gradation 14.5%. Operating temperature 16-18 °. Ideal in combination with white and red meats, cheeses and cold cuts of all types and fatty fish.
